Reports from well respected health communities are finding more and more good things about vitamin D. People with the right amount of Vitamin D have astounding benefits and Vitamin D deficiency are really bad.

The best way to get vitamin D is through sunlight, but with the fear of cancer a lot of people have started using sunblock to block the absorption of UV rays which is necessary for vitamin conversion.
